Rob Cosman's Sanding Block Pair

Well made sanding blocks make sanding a breeze by allowing you to apply as much or as little pressure as you need to uniformly sand your project.  Our sanding blocks are sized to be used with the adhesive backed Porter Cable sandpaper we sell or any adhesive backed sandpaper that is 4-1/2 inches wide.  Using adhesive backed sand paper allows the sanding block to firmly grip the sandpaper without the use of springs, clips, or screws. 

Each side of our sanding block is covered with a layer of cork-rubber we call "crubber." It has a slight give to it, allowing for uniform surface contact between the sandpaper and wood while you sand.

We have taken great care to make sure our blocks fit nicely in your hand.  Ergonomically designed for the average size hand, they are 2-1/4 inch wide, 4-1/2 inch long and 1-1/4 inch thick, and have a cove milled around the block.
