Return shipping is at the customer's expense ($10-12), with the exception of damage/defects or incorrect item(s) received. You can avoid this expense by adding Redo return coverage at checkout, which lets you return your item(s) free of charge, for any reason, within 60 days of receiving your parcel.
Redo also includes Package Protection Plus. If you add Redo at checkout and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, file a claim through the return portal HERE and our team will manage it for you. Once approved, you'll receive a replacement at no extra cost, or a refund if the item is out of stock. Claims should be filed within 30 days of delivery.
