Our Hand Plane Shooting Grip Drill Kit gives you a 1/8th inch and an 1/4 inch diameter split point, twist drill bits and an 82 degree single fluted chamfering drill bit which you need to modify your plane to accept our Hand Plane Shooting Grip known as "The Grip"

We use split point drill bits to virtually eliminate the chances of the drill bit from "Walking" on you, so you get an accurate hole.

The 82-degree chamfering bit is a single fluted bit which is the only chamfering bit we have found that gives good results.

 Product Details:

  • 1/8-inch diameter split point twist drill bit.

  • 1/4-inch diameter split point twist drill bit.

  • 82-degree single fluted chamfering bit.

  • Provide all the drill bits you need to drill the proper hole in the side of your plane to accept "The Grip".

    Counter Sink

The “Grip” can be installed with tools you probably already own, but I bought this kit just to get the counter sink bit which they don’t sell separately. It cuts wonderfully and I will use it on almost every project with screws

    Grip & drill kit

Both items arrived in good time and condition. Should have ordered the drill kit when ordering the grip. The drill kit and the instructional video on Rob's website made fitting very easy and accurate. Had it completed in about 10 minutes. Thanks for the great products Rob. No more sore hands from shooting.
