Starrett precision Spring-Tempered Steel Rule with mm graduations are perfect for precision measurements. They are fully hardened steel rulers but what is really great about them is that the graduations are so easy to see.  You can actually see the tiniest marks - amazing!

The #35 graduations mean they are marked in 1mm and 1/2 mm graduations on both sides of the rule.
