Sharpening Kit: Apprentice Kit

This is our temporary offering of our Apprentice Sharpening Kit.  For a limited time, due to supply problems we are having with our doubled sided diamond stone, we have reconfigured our Apprentice Sharpening kit by replacing the double sided diamond stone with a Shapton Diamond Lapping Plate and a 1,000 grit Shapton Ceramic Water Stone, while only minimally increasing the price of this kit. 

The Shapton Diamond Lapping Plate is the best diamond plate on the market because they embed the diamonds in an extremly flat and tough glass substrate.  If you do the math, you realize you are getting a significant reduction in price on the Shapton Diamond Lapping Plate by purchasing it in this kit, verses by itself.
